The school commemorated the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birth anniversary on the 23rd of November 2023 with religious fervour and gaiety. The day commenced with the spiritually uplifting Prabhat Pheri, a serene journey of prayers and chants that echoed in both the senior and junior wings of the school. Enveloped in an aura of devotion, students fervently chanted prayers and shabads, invoking the divine presence.
The profound teachings and life history of Guru Nanak Dev ji were shared in the assembly. The rendition of Gurbani not only showcased reverence for Guru Nanak Dev ji, but also instilled a profound sense of sanctity among the students.
To conclude the divine proceedings, karah parshad, a symbolic gesture of unity, was distributed among the students. The celebration was a testament to the school’s commitment to nurture both the mind and soul of the students.
