Chairman's Message
It is indeed a privilege to be part of Salwan Public School (SPS) ecosystem. Interactions, so far have been virtual only, as we are in the midst of a pandemic. Looking forward to a better time for the entire humanity, as this shall also pass. Logo of the school, the Rising Sun, spreads hope and in a short time, since I became a member of the distinguished SPS family, there has been ample evidence of "Service before Self", by one and all members of the SPS. What ultimately matters in a dynamic world is the integrity and ethos of an institution. The DNA that SPS ecosystem has inherited is there for all of us to work further in providing holistic education to its users. May the light of knowledge remove the darkness of ignorance (तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय), is a true prayer, whose cause our institution espouses not only in letter but also in spirit. Let us all come together to take it forward, to enable SPS, in creating a human resource that makes us all proud of.

We stand at the threshold of changing global patterns and perspectives where every new day dawns with new challenges. Our strong academic thrust is supplemented with providing direction and guidance to young learners to understand the changing social values, norms and societal pressures, so that they may take informed decisions. Our endeavour is to nurture moral and intellectual leaders, individuals with dignity, integrity and compassion who want to make a positive difference in the world.

At Salwan Public school, we believe that education is a revolution, a constant journey of discovery and rediscovery that should move with the moving times. Change is a constant, a requirement and a necessity. With our endeavours directed towards focussing on evolving pedagogical practices, we hope to bring in this revolution as a wave of new learning and fresh ideas into our community.
A New India is emerging, a country that is transitioning, growing, innovating and striving towards excellence. It is our responsibility as educators to reflect and adapt to the new challenges of this New India and provide a nourishing and nurturing environment to the inheritors, partakers and caretakers of a rich heritage.
Our school is an ecosystem that creates in children a thirst for knowledge, that stems from a love for learning and a quest of betterment. Our able team of educators creates mindsets that look beyond rote learning . The need of the hour is to adopt a holistic approach to education that encourages children to be well rounded, sensitive, aware and intelligent citizens of tomorrow.
