A special assembly was organized on the occasion of ‘World Kathak Day’ to commemorate the legendary Kathak Maestro, Late Pt. Birju Maharaj. The assembly began with Guru Vandana and the students presented a magical presentation on ‘Ish Vandana’ written by the Kathak Genius and published in his book of poetry. Students presented an amalgamation of all performing art forms- Vocal Music, Dance and Art which mesmerized everyone.
We are also delighted to share that five students of the school received an opportunity to participate in the Curtain Raiser Event to honour the Late Kathak Stalwart, Pandit Birju Maharaj.
