A workshop on Financial Literacy was organized by the Commerce Department, in collaboration with Happy Finserv, on August 18, 2023, at the Janak Juneja Hall. The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of financial matters. Resource Persons Mr. Dinesh Kukreja and Mr. Madhur Kukreja led the session, attended by teachers from both Primary and Senior wings.
The Vice Principals, Ms. Jyotsna Grover and Ms. Charu Lal, extended a warm welcome to the Resource Persons. Mr. Madhur Kukreja stressed the importance of prudent financial planning to meet responsibilities and goals. Attendees engaged in discussions about investment patterns and plans.
A visual comparison of Gold, Fixed Deposits, Public Provident Funds, and Stocks showcased their growth rates over three decades, highlighting the significance of diversified investments.
