Mrs. Priyanka Barara, Principal, of Salwan Public School, participated in a prestigious five-day leadership program at IIM Ahmedabad from June 19 to 23, 2023. The program brought together 64 principals from renowned schools across India. Its primary objective was to equip principals with essential skills to navigate the ever-changing educational landscape effectively.
The training sessions covered many topics, including improving the academic climate, promoting emotional well-being among students, integrating AI in school education, branding, and positioning, fostering innovation in school leadership, and driving change through gamification. These sessions provided valuable insights and practical strategies to the participants.
