Special Yoga Session in School

The core of Yoga is balance – Balance not only within the body but balance within the mind and the body, and balance within relationships and the society. It creates clarity, calmness and relieves chronic stress patterns. It offers physical and mental benefits for all ages.

Keeping this motto in mind, the students and staff of the school participated in an energetic Yoga Session held in the school grounds on 21st June 2022 on the special occasion of International Day of Yoga. The session was conducted under the guidance of the trained Yoga Masters of the Physical Education Department of the school. Speaking on the occasion, Ms Priyanka Barara, Principal encouraged everyone to incorporate Yoga as a regular practice for healthy living.
