Nurturing Future Entrepreneurs

The students of class XII participated in the Business Blasters project, Delhi Government’s initiative to promote Entrepreneurial skills in school. The programme has been launched under the ‘Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum’ promoted under the New Education Policy. The project aimed at giving hands-on experience regarding the intricacy of business and mooting new business practices.

Students had set up a ‘Start-Up’ to trade saplings to the students and staff members. They pooled their resources for seed money, buying pots, planting “little saplings” using resources from the school nursery and decorating them.

It was an enriching experience for students as they witnessed a 100 percent sales achievement. This activity was designed to give an impetus to our budding entrepreneurs waiting to make a difference in the world.
