To mark the birth anniversary of Srinivasa Ramanujan, the ace Mathematician of India, the Mathematics Department of the School organized an array of fun activities over a span of three days to inculcate students’ interest in the abstract concepts of Mathematics. Students participated in all the events with great zeal and enthusiasm.
A special assembly was planned wherein students presented a talk show on the importance of Mathematics in our daily lives. The highlight of the assembly was the Unique Maths Dance wherein they formed a magic square of even numbers.
Students participated in various interesting games like Tangram Puzzle, Tower of Brahma, Game of Probability, Tol Mol ke Bol, Matchstick Puzzle to name a few. The event concluded with an enthralling game of ‘Mathematical Tambola’ which students enjoyed thoroughly.
