Exploring Sustainable Solutions

On 13th August, students of class-8 visited the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Combating Climate Change (MGICCC) in Bakoli to gain insights into sustainable practices and explore innovative solutions to combat climate change.

The visit started with a warm welcome from the MGICCC staff, followed by an introductory session that outlined the institute’s mission and ongoing projects. This session highlighted the critical role everyone plays in addressing environmental challenges.

An interactive session with a resource person provided an opportunity for students to discuss climate change and learn about the importance of renewable energy. The day continued with a guided tour of the institute’s facilities, showcasing various sustainable initiatives.

The visit was an eye-opening experience, offering valuable knowledge about environmental conservation and inspiring students to take action for a greener future.
