REVIEW OF CONTRACTS FOR THE SESSION 01 APRIL 2023 TO 31 MARCH 2024 WITH PROVISION TO EXTEND UPTO THREE YEARS I.E 31 MARCH 2026
- Salwan Public School, Rajendra Nagar is reviewing the following contracts for three years (ie 2023 to 2026) commencing from 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2026. However the extension beyond 01 April 2024 will be totally on discretion of school based on acceptance of satisfactory service and quotes remaining fixed (except where Government Charges the minimum wages) :-
- Transport for Students: The school tentatively proposes to hire 18 buses (minimum 39/40 seaters) and 04 Tempo / Mini Buses (minimum 25 seaters). All buses will be air-conditioned. Pickup and drop timings of the students will be ‘Pickup 6:00hrs to 7:25hrs and drop 14:00hrs to 15:30hrs’. List of starting routes, quotation performa and conditions required for buses are attached as per appendices. All the transport related compliances (e.g CCTV, GPS etc) issued by Hon’ble Supreme Court and Transport Department, NCT will be mandatory for the vendor. Photocopy of RC, Insurance and fitness certificate of each bus is mandatory to enclose alongwith quotation.
- Security Guards and Supervisor: The school proposes to hire approx. 15 Guards (including 03 Female Guards) and 01 Supervisor. Quotation required as per format attached.
- Housekeeping and Lady Attendants: The school proposes to hire approx. 19 housekeeping staff (including 04 Female), 27 Lady Attendants and 01 Lady Attendant Supervisor. Quotation required as per format attached.
- All labour compliance activities (EPF & ESI) are mandatory and certificate of Registration under the contract labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970 may be handed over by the vendor to be considered for selection.
- Quotes must include and show GST other charges etc “separately”. School Committee will visit premises of Vendor/Agency for final selection. Decision of Committee will be final.
- School will retain right to vary terms and conditions which have no major financial implication.
- School may vary number of Buses/Attendants/Guards at their discretion as per requirement.
- Quotes should be sent at Salwan Public School, Rajendra Nagar, New Delhi-60 latest by 3:00 PM on 25 January 2023 and after that ‘NO’ quote will be accepted. Advertisement also in Newspaper Hindustan Times (Classifieds) dated 01 January 2023.
