STRESS A BUZZING WORD AMONGST THE YOUTH THESE DAYS.
Competition is increasing tremendously at every level, all due to the population of our country- the increasing media hype and peer pressure. Today, everyone is concerned with making money, no matter how they do so. Even students, who are not capable are sometimes pushed by their parents to enter IIT or any such top institute. By doing so, they themselves invite stress into their happy lives. Sometimes, children get distracted from their normal work schedule and that too all due to modern gadgets. They also face emotional stress, as there is no one to solve their problems. Parents have no time for their children but they expect them to be the best. Since everyone is not blessed to be the best he/she in some way has to face failure, the consequences of which could be suicidal. Many children find this as the only solution to their problems. I think children should be taught by practical methods to reduce stress level as then they can enjoy studying. Children should be made to practice Yoga or Meditation, be it at home or at school, they should also be regular in whatever they do. They should understand that to achieve success they have to be optimistic. I hope that my suggestions would help students reduce their stress level and reach all heights of glory.
